Credit Card & Debit Card Use
Micra Technical Support accepts all cards that have either a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo on them.
Any customer providing credit card or debit card information over the phone must be at least 18 years of age. If the customer does not have a credit card or debit card, the individual of whose credit card or debit card they will use must be present at the time of the call. Otherwise, Micra Technical Support bears the right to refuse service to the caller.
If any or all of the customer’s credit/debit cards fail authorization, Micra Technical Support might have to take the Authorization from your Bank just for the Security reasons.
Micra Technical Support may utilize “AVS”, or “Address Verification Service”, in addition to the standard credit/debit card approval methods. This supplies an additional layer of security. Customers may be denied service based on failure of the AVS check.
Micra Technical Support doesn`t store credit/debit card data and won`t be asking for your Card number, The executive will open a Secure page and you have to fill the information yourself and the numbers would be in Encrypted Form and we would be able to see only the last 4 digits of the card. Encrypted form does not have access to any complete card numbers.
